About Me
My name is Bernadette Donner. I am very excited to be your child's teacher. I have lived in Savannah since the age of three. I graduated with a bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern University. I later attended Armstrong University where I obtained my Master's degree and received my teaching certificate in early childhood education. I am gifted and ESOL endorsed.
I began my teaching career at Isle of Hope School, where I taught kindergarten for nine years. As a Wilmington Island resident, I am very excited to be teaching at my neighborhood school. This is my fourth year teaching first grade at May Howard. I am married and have two wonderful children that also attend May Howard. My daughter is nine and my son is seven. My goal for this school year is to help each of my students develop a love for learning and to create an atmosphere that is as close to "normal" as possible during this pandemic. I know that together we can make this an amazing year! Thank you in advance for your help and support! |
